Jill has over 10 year’s physiotherapy experience. She has worked in both the USA and Australia in a variety of settings, hospital based and private practice. She is passionate about maximising body function and performance through exercise.
Lauren graduated from Dublin City University in Ireland with a degree in Sport Science and Health. She then went onto complete her masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. While in Brisbane she worked in private practice as well as club physio for Taringa Rovers Football Club. Since moving back to Melbourne she splits her time between aged care and working at Pilates Bayside. She has completed a number of post graduate courses including Women’s Health & Continence and DMA clinical pilates level 1-4.
After the completion of a honours degree in Biomedical science at the Monash university, Priya moved onto The University of Melbourne for her physiotherapy studies. She graduated as a physiotherapist under the Doctor of Physiotherapy program in 2014. Since then she has work experience both in the private practice and aged care industry. Priya has completed her Level 1 in DMA clinical Pilates and continues to build her knowledge in this area.
James graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Health Science in 2012. James has since enjoyed working in the musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy fields, including working as a physiotherapist for St. Joseph’s Football Club in the Geelong Football League. With a keen interest in hip and lower limb rehabilitation, neck and shoulder pain, James enjoys helping a diverse clientele to achieve their goals through a strong emphasis on tailored exercise prescription and clinical pilates.
After completing her Physiotherapy Degree at La Trobe University in 2010, Alycia gained postgraduate qualifications at Melbourne University in Exercise & Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Alycia is passionate about returning her patients to full function using a variety of techniques including exercise, massage, mobilisation, taping, dry needling and pilates. Alycia specialises in women’s health including pre/postnatal issues including DRAM & pelvic girdle dysfunction as well as pelvic floor concerns such as incontinence, prolapse, bladder re-training. Alycia completed her pilates equipment & mat qualifications through Dance Medicine Australia.

Dip. Professional Pilates Instruction, Certificate of Clinical Pilates, Certificate 4 Massage
Julie holds a Certificate 4 in massage, is a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor and holds a Diploma in traditional Pilates. Julie has been at Pilates Bayside since 2009, and has worked in a variety of health and wellbeing centres, as well as establishing her own business, before deciding to return her passion, pilates. Julie has practised both yoga and pilates for more than 15 years and is passionate about helping people achieve their best possible outcomes with regards to these disciplines.
Areas of interest: Postural Rehabilitation, sports injury prevention and working with the elderly.
