 Jessica Mosley - Director

BSC (Hons) Physiotherapy, BA (Hons) Sports Science, Credentialed McKenzie Therapist, Pilates Clinician
 
Background: Jessica has 14 years physiotherapy expertise, 7 years of clinical pilates experience, has been a physiotherapist for Tennis Australia, WTA and the Australian Open.  She has extensive experience working with triathletes and footballers including the St.Kilda football team.
 
Area of interest: McKenzie spinal treatment, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, elite athletes, back and neck pain, pelvic instability and dsyfunction.
 


 Belinda Breust - Director
 
 M Physiotherapy, M Science (respiratory medicine), Credentialed McKenzie Tnullherapist, Pilates Clinician
 
Background: Belinda began her career in physiotherapy working in some of the major hospitals throughout Melbourne. She is an experienced private practitioner with a particular interest in dance physiotherapy and has a strong involvement with the APA Dance Network. She has extensive experience in Pilates and has been at Pilates Bayside since 2006.

 Gabrielle Molan

Background: Gabrielle's career began in nursing and she has since practiced physiotherapy in a range of settings: private practice, occupational health, hospitals, aged care, rehabilitation both hospital and community based. She has worked at Pilates Bayside since 2006
 
Area of interest: Gabrielle has a special interest in maximizing physical health at whatever age or stage of life - she utilitises her eclectic body of 'health-based' knowledge and experience to work with each person to achieve their optimum
 

 
 Anthony Selby
 

Ba Physiotherapy, Pilates Clinician

 

Background: Anthony has worked in multiple settings since graduating as a Physiotherapist, both in Australia and theUnited Kingdom. He has completed training in DMA Clinical Pilates and has since specialised in this field. Anthony has worked with a range of clients, from sports specific to occupational rehabilitation, utilising his extensive knowledge of Clinical Pilates. Most recently he has worked with “Wicked” the musical.

 

Areas of Interest: Rehabilitation of acute and chronic spinal injuries, joint hypermobility, high level sports rehabilitation, postural pains.


 


 
 Jill Campbell

Bachelor Appl Science (Physiotherapy), Pilates Instructor
 
Background: Jill has over 10 year's physiotherapy experience. She has worked in both the USA and Australia in a variety of settings, hospital based and private practice. She is passionate about maximising body function and performance through exercise.
 
Area of Interest: exercise for the elderly, falls prevention, postnatal care.

Julie Turner

 Pilates Insrtuctor, Certificate 4 Massage
 

Julie holds a Certificate 4 in massage and is a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor. She has worked in a variety of health and wellbeing centres, as well as establishing her own business, before deciding to retur n her passion,  pilates. Julie has practised both yoga and pilates for more than 10 years and is passionate about helping people achieve their best possible outcomes with regards to these disciplines.

Student B Health Science (Physiotherapy), Pilates Instructor
 
Background; Physiotherapy student, background in dance, strong passion for Pilates, health and fitness. Elka has worked as a ballet teacher in Australia and overseas and as a sports trainer for an amateur AFL club.
