1:1 sessions
For a customized, safe and effective program to be developed all clients have their initial assessment and first 3-4 sessions with a Physiotherapist. Following this, the program is practised independently in the studio (see below), or you may wish to continue with one:one supervision.

Individual Sessions
These sessions enable you to work at your program for up to one hour under supervision of the Physiotherapist or Instructor. The studio can accommodate up to 8 people under these conditions. Bookings are essential. As these sessions are supervised by the Physiotherapist they may be claimable as Group Physiotherapy with some Private Health Insurance Funds.

Real Time Ultrasound (RTUS)
RTUS  is a non-invasive method for assessing and examining internal musculature. It is an excellent feedback tool for those people who are unsure of how to activate these muscles or who need further examination and training in this area. The ultrasound is a standard part of our initial assessment, and may also be used in review sessions to reassess and assist muscle training.

WC/TAC
At this time we are not taking WCA/TAC clients, however this decision will be reviewed in 2012.

* This class in not claimable under Private Health Insurance.
